Thomas J. Vazquez “TJ” is a consultant at Flax & Associates, LLC. TJ attended the University of Central Florida where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Flax & Associates, Mr. Vazquez held several positions in quality control, claims and assurance. Mr. Vazquez also has field experience in solar installation including ensuring compliance with local regulations and facilitating the deployment of sustainable solutions.

At Flax & Associates, Mr. Vazquez’s experience ranges from project site inspections, claims analysis, estimating, and project management. His keen eye for detail and always looking for effective solutions to complex problems and disputes makes him a valuable member of the team.
