Jasmine Harris is the Operations Manager at Flax & Associates LLC. With a keen eye for efficiency and a passion for innovation, Jasmine is the driving force behind the seamless operation of our day-to-day activities. Her strategic approach to optimizing operations not only saves valuable time for the entire team but also plays a critical role in the overall success of the firm. Beyond her operational prowess, Jasmine is also the creative mind behind Flax & Associates' marketing strategies. Constantly innovating and staying on top of current trends, she ensures that our firm remains at the forefront of the industry. Her strategic vision constantly elevates the firm’s brand, presence, and engagement.

Prior to joining Flax & Associates, Jasmine spent time in both the accounting and real estate spheres and has experience combining business objectives with comprehensive administrative knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts, boost efficiency, and conserve time. Ms. Harris is pursuing her bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida International University.

In addition to her work, Jasmine spends time partnering with several nonprofit organizations in the southeast to spearhead a community initiative focused on bringing awareness and giving to local foster families.

In her free time, Jasmine loves spending time with friends and family and traveling as much as she can.
