Bryan Watson

Bryan Watson is a Vice President at Flax & Associates. Mr. Watson comes to F&A with close to 30 years of experience in the insurance claims world. His background includes experience leading cross functional claims programs including dispute resolution, recovery, litigation management, vendor management, and quality assurance programs.  

In addition to his time in various roles in the insurance industry, Mr. Watson has been a featured speaker at The Collective and Paul Davis Restoration Annual Conferences. He also regularly attends, as well as speaks at, industry events including the Property and Liability Resource Bureau and Private Risk Management Association.

Mr. Watson has successfully managed, lent support, and provided creative solutions to various teams throughout his career. He is passionate about creating long lasting and genuine partnerships. It is one of the hallmarks of his expansive and lengthy career in this industry. Mr. Watson is a true valued partner in the P&C claims world in every which way.

In his free time, Mr. Watson enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
