Matthew Pelletier

Matthew Pelletier is a Consultant at Flax & Associates, LLC, based in the Fort Myers office. At F&A, Mr. Pelletier is involved in property loss, builder’s risk and construction litigation support on all different types of properties, residential and commercial.

Mr. Pelletier’s background is in housing preservation, municipal project coordination, and research administration with experience managing funding portfolios, preparing reports, and supporting planning and rehabilitation efforts. His strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid foundation in problem-solving, client service, and project management make Mr. Pelletier an asset to the F&A team.

Mr. Pelletier holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. During his time there, Mr. Pelletier served as captain of the rugby team. In his free time, he volunteers with the YMCA, the Boys and Girls Clubs and as a youth wrestling coach. Mr. Pelletier also enjoys outdoor activities, golfing, cooking, and spending time with his friends, family, and dog.
