Nate Gillen

Nate Gillen is a Consultant at Flax & Associates, LLC, based in the Fort Myers office. At F&A, Mr. Gillen focuses on forensic accounting and complex litigation matters. His work includes analyzing financial records, evaluating financial damages, assisting with cost-related disputes, and supporting engagements involving contractors, owners, and insurance carriers. Mr. Gillen also assists with the review of project documentation, assessment of property loss claims, and analysis of construction-related costs in connection with insurance and litigation matters.

Mr. Gillen brings four years of professional experience in public accounting and financial services, with a background in tax, assurance, and financial reporting. His experience preparing and reviewing complex financial documents, managing small business accounting functions, and applying GAAP reporting principles provides a strong technical foundation for his work in forensic investigations and construction-related disputes. His ability to analyze detailed financial data, identify discrepancies, and present clear, organized findings adds measurable value to clients navigating complex insurance and litigation matters.

Mr. Gillen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University and is currently studying for the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) examination.
